Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, your item must be in its original condition—unaltered and undamaged. If you received a damaged or defective piece, we will make it right with a replacement at no cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our friendly customer support team at hello@truthapparelco.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. (Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.)
4. Once we receive the book in its original condition, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. If your return is approved, you will receive an email confirmation. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Gift Returns
If you received a gamebook as a gift and need to return or exchange it, we will happily provide store credit or a replacement of equal value.
